About Towery Builders, Inc.

Towery Builders was formed in 1997, Incorporated in 1999, and holds an unlimited General Contracting license in North Carolina. President Tim Towery is a licensed General Contractor, is active in the community, previously being on the Board of Trustees at his church, President of his local youth Little League baseball organization, and former board member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Asheville. Tim is married and has three children and has lived in the Asheville area for most of his life. He has a vested interest is the community. Tim’s wife Lynn takes an active part in company operations heading up Business Development and interior design on the speculative side of the business. 

Tim is a degreed engineer, who after 13 years in engineering decided to change fields and use his engineering background to build high quality homes which people could enjoy for years to come.

Towery Builders, Inc. has built homes from 1100 sf to over 5000 sf. No matter what the size of the home or amenities which are desired, the same quality approach is taken in each project.

Our approach to building is very defined, one at a time. We understand that a new home is typically the single largest investment one makes in their lifetime.  We feel that in order to build homes that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers, we must pay close attention to every detail of the process. That means that the General Contractor, not a foreman or superintendent, will be on the job daily to ensure that all work is performed with the excellent craftsmanship which our customers have become accustomed to.

Our business is almost 100% referral driven, therefore we strive to have customers who are completely satisfied. We guide our customers and potential customers through the building process so that there will be no surprises at any time.

We split our time equally between the speculative building market and building custom homes. Depending on the size of the home, we average building around three homes per year because of our time commitment to each and every project.
